After a few years of homebrewing wild ales I’ve made the super cool step to start releasing my beer to the public. I started with some extremely small batches in 2021 and 2022 to be able to expand my stock of barrels. As of this moment, about 3500 liters of classic Dutch gerste is fermenting in my barrel room.
