After a few years of homebrewing wild ales I’ve made the super cool step to start releasing my beer to the public. I started with some extremely small batches in 2021 to gain some cashflow for expanding my stock of barrels. As of this moment, about 25 hectoliters of classic Dutch gerste is fermenting in my barrel room.
