Viognier is a blend of classic Dutch gerstes that were aged for an average of 22 months.

This beer is a blend of four different base gerstes with an average age of about 22 months. After blending, the beer has macerated on French Viognier winegrapes from the Pays d’Oc region for about 2 months. The total fruit intensity is about 554 grams of grapes per liter. Bottled on the 1st of September 2025.
