Negroamaro is a blend of classic Dutch gerstes that were aged for an average of 22 months.

This beer is a blend of four different base gerstes with an average age of about 22 months. After blending, the beer has macerated on Italian Negroamaro winegrapes from the Puglia region for about 2 months. The total fruit intensity is about 406 grams of grapes per liter. Bottled on the 3rd of September 2025.
