Mau Trang is a blend of classic Dutch gerstes that were aged for an average of 22 months.

This beer is a blend of two different base gerstes that matured in barrels for about 22 months. After fermenting and maturing it was transferred onto a nice bit of white Cambodian Kampot peppercorns and macerated for a couple of months. Bottled on the 28th of August 2025.
