Gotik is a blend of classic Dutch gerstes that were aged for an average of 35 months.

This beer is a blend of three classic Dutch gerstes that have an average age of 3 years, the oldest part of the blend is over 4,5 years old. After blending, it was finished in a gin-barrel from the Gotik-distillery originating in Portugal.
