Frank & Soof is a blend of classic dutch Gerstes and fermented grapejuice that were macerated on winegrapes after being aged for 25 months in various barrels. It was bottled on the 2nd of July 2023.
This beer is a blend of fermented Frankenthaler grape juice and three vase gerstes that have aged for an average of 25 months in various barrels. The Frankenthaler grapes were home-grown by a good friend of mine. After blending, the beer has macerated on Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for a couple of weeks. The total fruit intensity is 650 grams of grapes per liter.
This is my first grape blend and I’m really satisfied with the result. But, you be the judge! 🙂
